GI Network is a trading name of OVID CAPITA LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales. By using this website or submitting an application, you agree to these terms.
The service
GI Network operates a private capital access platform. We assess opportunities submitted through the platform and, where suitable, work to connect companies with investors, funders, lenders and capital partners. GI Network is not a bank, does not provide loans directly, and does not provide regulated investment, legal or tax advice.
No guarantee of funding
Every opportunity is assessed on its own merits. Progression through the process, introductions and outcomes depend on the quality of the opportunity and the appetite of the capital side. GI Network does not guarantee that any company will receive funding.
Your obligations
You confirm that information you submit is accurate, complete and not misleading, that you are authorised to act for the company you represent, and that you will keep your account credentials secure.
Fees
Where fees apply for services, they will be set out clearly and agreed with you in writing before any engagement. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer of services.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, design, graphics and media, belongs to OVID CAPITA LLP or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GI Network and OVID CAPITA LLP are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
